These website terms work alongside applicable order, warranty, Franchise and Reseller agreements.
Website and account terms
Editorial draft. Contract-specific Franchise and Reseller terms remain in the applicable signed agreement.
Account categories
Individual accounts use public retail pricing. Approved Regular B2B accounts may receive VAT-inclusive discounted prices. Approved and activated Franchise and Authorised Reseller accounts may receive their assigned wholesale price book excluding VAT.
Approval and access
Application does not guarantee approval. AfriSmartHome may request verification, assign, suspend or remove account access, and correct pricing or configuration errors. Protected pricing must not be shared outside the authorised organisation.
Partner relationships
Franchise and Reseller rights arise only from the applicable written agreement and completed activation. No website statement guarantees territory, income, exclusivity, stock or delivery.
Orders and tax
Prices, tax presentation, payment and fulfilment conditions depend on account type, order and written terms. An order is not allocated until confirmed under the applicable process.
Safety and product suitability
Customers remain responsible for following product instructions and obtaining qualified advice for mains electricity, medical, safety-critical or high-surge loads.
